Terms and Conditions

A. DEFINITIONS

“Active member”
A client who is part of one of the three STARWAY Loyalty Programme levels.
“Inactive member”
A client who is no longer part of one of the three STARWAY Loyalty Programme levels.

“Annual Membership”
The period during which an Active Member may use the STARWAY Loyalty programme within one calendar year, starting from 1 January and finishing on 31 December. At the end of each calendar year membership automatically expires and may be reactivated by Pixartprinting starting from the beginning of the next calendar year, based on the obligatory entry requirements, i.e. the number of orders and the value of the orders placed in the previous calendar year.

“Client”
Any legal or private body registered with Pixartprinting and which has made orders on Pixartprinting’s website.

B. AIM OF THE STARWAY PROGRAMME

STARWAY is a loyalty programme specifically designed for Pixartprinting SpA, a Cimpress Company (“Pixartprinting”) clients who meet the requirements of one of the 3 levels, called Star, Red Giant and Supernova. By joining STARWAY, clients will receive a series of free services including extra discounts and personalised customer care.

C. ENROLMENT, SUBSCRIPTION & EXPIRY

STARWAY loyalty programme enrolment is carried out directly by Pixartprinting.

At the moment of enrolment, Clients will be enlisted into one of the three STARWAY levels: (i) Star, (ii) Red Giant or (iii) Supernova.

After accepting these terms and conditions, Clients will receive email confirmation of their annual membership and will be considered an "Active Member". To activate their STARWAY membership, clients must confirm their acceptance of membership by following the instructions laid out in the notification email. Following the receipt of the Client’s confirmation Pixartprinting will send them the Welcome Pack containing a STARWAY Membership Card and a selected limited edition gift.

STARWAY membership cards are valid for one calendar year, are not transferable and can only be used by the assigned Active Members.

The assigned membership cards remain the property of Pixartprinting, and any improper or irregular use of the STARWAY programme may result in an immediate suspension or cancellation of membership and acquired benefits.

Clients may not have multiple memberships. Every membership admission will be made on an individual basis and will be assigned to one individual only, who will be the sole cardholder.
STARWAY membership lasts a maximum period of 12 months. All new membership admissions will be granted by Pixartprinting at the beginning of the new calendar year.

Active Members who wish to terminate their STARWAY membership may do so by sending an email cancelling their membership to info.en@pixartprinting.com. After cancelling membership all benefits and advantages will cease.

In any circumstances, Pixartprinting may suspend or cancel STARWAY membership if the Terms and Conditions are not respected or used in an inappropriate or fraudulent way.

D. STARWAY LOYALTY PROGRAMME LEVELS

The STARWAY Loyalty programme consists of three levels: (i) Star, (iii) Red Giant and (iii) Supernova.

Star is the first and entry level; Red Giant is the second level and Supernova is the third and highest level of the programme.

Basic requirements for joining one of the 3 levels are based on the “annual number of orders” in combination with the “annual order value” (the net value excluding cancelled orders and applicable taxes). Membership will be assigned to one of the 3 levels (see table below).

Level Description:

STAR
Clients who between 01/01/2015 and 31/12/2015 placed a minimum of 20 orders, with a total order value greater than 10,000 Euros (net value excluding cancelled orders and applicable taxes).
Both conditions must be satisfied in order to receive STARWAY membership.

RED GIANT
Clients who between 01/01/2015 and 31/12/2015 placed a minimum of 20 orders, with a total order value greater than 30,000 Euros (net value excluding cancelled orders and applicable taxes).
Both conditions must be satisfied in order to receive STARWAY membership

SUPERNOVA
Clients who between 01/01/2015 and 31/12/2015 placed a minimum of 20 orders, with a total order value greater than 50,000 Euros (net value excluding cancelled orders and applicable taxes).
Both conditions must be satisfied in order to receive STARWAY membership.

The timeframe referred to for STARWAY membership is one calendar year, from 1 January until 31 December. For 2017, membership requirements are based on the information from 1 January to 31 December 2016.

The "annual order value” is calculated net of all cancelled orders (orders for which payment has not been made), as well as all orders still pending dispatch. Furthermore, order values exclude all applicable taxes, such as VAT.

After being granted Active Member status in one of the three levels, all advantages and benefits associated with that particular level will be activated.

Each year Pixartprinting will send you an update about your membership dtatus (“welcome”, “confirmation/renewal”, “level upgrade/downgrade” or “membership cancellation”) at the beginning of January, based on the Client’s results from the previous calendar year.

For example, 2017 Membership will be decided based on the Client’s actions in 2016.

The STARWAY level allocation will remain valid until the end of the calendar year, unless advised otherwise by Pixartprinting.

Each year, Pixartprinting will update Active Members' status, confirming their STARWAY level, upgrading their level, downgrading their level or cancelling their membership.

Pixartprinting, at all times, reserves the right to modify the requirements or criteria for awarding membership of the STARWAY programme levels.

At the beginning of each calendar year Active Members and Non Active Members will receive a status update email, informing them of their current status (new membership, renewed membership, upgraded/downgraded membership or membership cancellation for that particular calendar year). All “Active members” will be assigned with new membership cards within 4-6 weeks of the email confirmation.

E. ADVANTAGES AND BENEFITS FOR ACTIVE MEMBERS

Active Members “Star”, “Red Giant” and “Supernova”, regardless of their location have exclusive advantages and benefits as members of STARWAY program.

All promotions and advantages will be communicated monthly by Pixartprinting via e-mail. Moreover, there will be a specific area on the Pixartprinting website dedicated to STARWAY Loyalty Program.

The Specific advantages granted to Active members are:

  • "UserHub" - Call and Email Customer Service. It is a Customer Care specifically created to look after STARWAY MEMBERS. The Active Members will be given a priority via personal call code and put through the operator speaking the language of the Active Member.
  • An exclusive monthly preview of all new products and promotions.
  • Promotions/monthly newsletter/special offers/for a pre-established number of products/to be used for a pre-established numbers of prints. A discount will be placed directly in the quote and will be active only for the "Active Members", who had previously logged in.
  • Samples: Each trimester “Active Members” will have 90% off on one or more Sample Packs including free delivery.

F. STARWAY PROGRAMME CHANGES, AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

All services and promotions for the STARWAY programme are provided and delivered by Pixartprinting SpA, a Cimpress Company only if these Terms and Conditions are accepted.

Pixartprinting reserves the right to change and modify the STARWAY Loyalty Programme structure, the necessary requirements for participating in the programme, the benefits, offers and all other characteristics of the programme described in these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, Pixartprinting reserves the right to stop or suspend the STARWAY programme at any time, given that it is a free and promotional service which is not subject to any contract related to individual orders or any other contractual bond between Pixartprinting and its Clients.

Pixartprinting will inform Active Members of any changes related to the STARWAY programme's Terms and Conditions. Active Members will then be asked to acknowledge these changes and receive updates by directly accessing the STARWAY Terms and Conditions on the Pixartprinting website. By continuing to act as an Active Member of the STARWAY programme, Active Members are deemed to have read and understood the changes and modifications to the STARWAY Terms and Conditions.

Service and promotions offered by the STARWAY programme cannot be combined with other current offers; only the most beneficial offer for the Client will prevail.

Service and promotions related to STARWAY programme are not negotiable or exchangable for cash or vouchers, and may not be assigned to any third party.

Pixartprinting is not responsible for any damages or losses deriving from acceptance or implementation of any conditions or changes specified by the STARWAY programme, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

In the event of discrepancies or variations between these Terms and Conditions in Italian, and translations in other languages, the original Italian version of the Terms and Conditions will in all circumstances prevail.

For any further questions regarding the STARWAY programme, Active Members should contact Pixartprinting Customer Services, quoting their Active Member number.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Italian Law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from Individuals or Companies which may not qualify as “consumers”, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from the interpretation of this contract shall be dealt with by the Court of Venice, Italy.

SUBSCRIPTION AND PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS

Do I have to pay a subscription fee to participate in the programme ?
Members are not required to pay a fee to participate in the programme.
What is the STARWAY programme?
STARWAY is a structured loyalty program which offers exclusive Customer Care services, dedicated promotions and benefits to Pixartprinting's most loyal customers. For terms of entry, see the STARWAY Membership section of the FAQ; for further information visit the Terms & Conditions section.
How do I become a member of STARWAY?
You can only become a member of the STARWAY programme by meeting the requirements set by Pixartprinting, which are based on the number of orders per year in combination with the total value of orders: all customers who made at least 20 purchases with a value greater than 10,000 euros between 01/01/2016 and 31/12/2016. Entry into the programme will be confirmed by email and must be accepted by the customer.
Will I receive a membership card?
Your membership will be confirmed after you have received an annual membership card valid for the current year, which will be sent by regular post to your invoicing address.
Along with the card, you will also receive a welcome letter, programme information and a collectable gift.
Can I request a replacement card if I lose it?
You can request a replacement card only through your programme membership account, by directly contacting our customer services directly at info.en@pixartprinting.com.
The processing of the replacement card will take 4-6 weeks.
Can I share my STARWAY perks and benefits with others?
No, STARWAY programme membership is assigned on an individual basis and to a single account holder.
STARWAY membership is not transferable and can only be used by the assigned Active Members, in their particular level.
How can I check if I have been granted STARWAY membership?
In order to check if you have been enrolled onto the STARWAY programme, just check you inbox for any emails from Pixartprinting notifying you of your membership together with a personal STARWAY code and confirmation of your programme level.
Can I have more than one membership assigned onto the same STARWAY programme account?
STARWAY membership is assigned on an individual basis with a single account only. You can’t have more than one member account.
Does the programme have a time limit?
The programme expires on 31/12/2016.  Shortly after expiry, you will receive a status update email, notifying you about your membership status for the next calendar year.
Can I cancel my STARWAY membership at any time?
Membership can be revoked by Pixartprinting at any time for fraudulent or improper use of the STARWAY programme, or for failing to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the programme.
In the event that you want to cancel your programme membership before the expiry date, Pixartprinting SpA will allow you to cancel your membership at any time.

STARWAY MEMBERSHIP

Can membership be granted at any time during the current year?
No. For 2016, programme entry is permitted to all those who met the requirements during 2015. On 31st December 2016, membership status will be updated and new memberships will be granted for 2017.
When does my membership at a specific STARWAY programme level expire?
Star, Red Giant and Supernova memberships are valid from the date the level is assigned until the end of the calendar year (31st December of the current year).
How can I benefit from the promotions dedicated to my STARWAY membership level?
All Active Members will receive a monthly email listing all the special deals for that particular month. At the same time, the STARWAY area on the Pixartprinting website contains all the information regarding current offers for STARWAY members. All current promotions will be automatically activated and available once Active Members have logged into their personal area.
Your STARWAY ID number is also required to benefit from the personalised Customer Care system (UserHub), which will give you priority access to STARWAY personalised customer care.
What is UserHub?
The UserHub assistance service is an exclusive Customer Care channel at Pixartprinting SpA. Armed with a personal code, a dedicated telephone number and an operator who speaks your language, you will have all of Pixartprinting’s Customer Care services at your disposal and with priority access compared to normal waiting times.
Moreover, you will have the chance to be called back using the CALL ME NOW function, which can be accessed from your account.
What is CALL ME NOW?
An exclusive service from UserHub assistance: our dedicated operators will call you back in a short time. By logging in to your Pixartprinting account, you will find a dedicated page where you can insert your telephone number of choice.
How is the STARWAY programme structured?
There are 3 levels of membership - Star, Red Giant and Supernova.
Star is the first and the entry level of the programme; Red Giant is the second level of the programme and Supernova is the third and the highest level of the programme.
Membership level assignment is decided and based on a minimum annual order number in combination with the required annual order purchase value.
What are the requirements to join one of the three levels of the programme?
The requirements for each level are as follows:

When does the STARWAY programme start and finish?
For 2016, STARWAY begins on 14th January and finishes on 31st December 2016. Based on their 2016 performance, clients will receive STARWAY membership notification status for 2017 and all subsequent calendar years.
Can I subscribe to the STARWAY programme myself?
Membership is granted by Pixartprinting only and is based on set requirements. All memberships are granted in accordance with the requirements indicated in the Terms & Conditions.
All participating members will be notified by email in January 2016, which is when the programme begins.
How do I use the priority telephone assistance?
You will receive an email with a dedicated Customer Care number to dial together with a priority personal code to be entered during the call. You will be automatically recognised and put through to dedicated customer care assistance.
How do I use the priority email assistance?
Simply send us an email using the email address you used to register. Your email will be automatically recognised and given a priority status.
How do I recover my username and password?
To recover your password, click LOGIN at the top > “Forgotten your password?” and insert the email address you used for registration. Within a few minutes you will receive an email with the requested data; make sure that the email doesn’t end up in the junk email folder.
How often will I receive news about the programme?
You will receive monthly updates linked to promotional offers specifically designed for you, together with a summary of all of the exclusive benefits applicable to your membership level.
How can I check my membership level online?
