Business Card Size

For custom business cards, you can choose a deluxe linen coated 350gsm card-like paper, which will add an exclusive look to your brand. For a simpler look, you can opt for a single-side printed classic gloss or matt paper (we offer the best prices on 100, 170 and 300gsm paper).

You can upload your business card design on our website or mail it to us. Either way, we will always do our best to meet your needs and produce your ideal print run.

Our standard busines card size is 8 x 5cm, but you can choose to go for 8.5 x 5.5cm or 9 x 5cm if you’d rather make a stronger statement. For a small extra, you can have laminated business cards, which will protect their print.

In order to help you out, we have created a template and instruction manual displaying how our various designs look alongside their specifications. For an extra £3.50, you can have our professional graphic designer verify your files, checking the PDF, safety margins and graphic layout.

Once your design is complete, you will be able to choose the number of business cards you need, starting from as little as 250 to a maximum of 70,000. We offer a standard, seven working days delivery service; however, if you need your business cards sooner, we can send them to you in as little as three days.

If you choose to have your file checked by a graphic designer ($ 4.44) they will:

Check the resolution is not below 70 dpi
- Check there are no white overprints and correct them
- Check the distance of  the graphic design from the safe area

- Check the orientation of the back and front
- Check PDF files for magazines and catalogues: spine dimension and cover file
- Check the graphic layout is correct if folds are required

Our Freereprint service protects you in case you or your client make any mistakes when creating the document. It enables you to get a reprint quickly and at no additional cost.

- You can send a corrected file for reprint with the same characteristics as the work you already received.
- Select Freereprint when ordering. The insurance is valid for a single reprint of the same print job.
- You can activate the reprinting of the insured goods directly from the My Account section. You have until 18:00 on the third working day after receipt of the goods to request it.
- On the day following your order we will send a courier to collect the defective goods. 
- On receipt of the new file the job will be reprinted within 72 hours.

The Pixartprinting PROMOCODE allows you to benefit from our exclusive offers.

How does it work? Simply insert the PROMOCODE in the designated box and click on “Activate Promocode” to calculate the new order total.

The promocode can only be used after you have logged into your Pixartprinting Account, meaning that you must be a registered user first. The order needs to be placed before 12:00 pm.
The print-ready file needs to be sent before 12:30 pm on the day the order was placed.
Payment is required by 12:30 pm (excluding delivery) on the day the order was placed (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, B. transfer).
Delivery dates apply to most of the country. Deliveries to remote locations may take two working days or more. Files or payment confirmation (credit card, Paypal and bank transfer) received after the due date may result in delivery delays.

Delivery dates only take into consideration Italian holidays: New Year’s Day, 6th Jan, 25th Apr, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th Aug, 1st Nov, 8th Dec, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.

Download the Template and Instructions for your configured product to create accurate files that are optimised for printing.
The Template is a file that helps you to create and adapt your artwork for your chosen format. It requires a desktop publishing program to open and edit it, preferably a vector graphics editor.
The Instructions file contains all the information you need to create a print-ready file.

Send the file and track the printing process.
If the uploaded file does not comply with the rules it will not be sent for printing, which may postpone the delivery date.
Non-compliant files require action on your part - you will be sent a notification email to the address linked to your Pixartprinting account. Check your emails frequently to remain up-to-date.

Tips for the preparation and printing of your file

The optimal resolution for printing small format items is between 200 and 350 dpi.
Our checking procedure blocks files with a resolution below 72 dpi.
