You can configure your product and get an instant quote by selecting from several customisation options. For round labels, the minimum printable diameter is 1 cm, while the maximum is 30 cm. We offer 8 predefined print sizes (3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, 7x7, 8x8, 9x9, and 10x10 cm), and you also have the option to print labels in a custom size.

Three different materials are available for printing your round labels, each with unique properties designed to enhance your artwork. The labels are produced with a half-cut die-cut, meaning only the adhesive material is cut and not the backing, making them easier to peel, especially in smaller formats.

Additional print options are also available. On transparent polypropylene, selective white printing is available. Mirrored printing is ideal for labels applied indoors on glass surfaces, making them visible from the outside, and it is available for transparent materials. You can also choose from anti-scratch varnish, gloss lamination, matt lamination, and Soft Touch lamination, as well as the Multi-artwork option, which allows you to print up to 10 different designs in a single production run.

Round Labels: Materials

For your new round labels, you can choose from three different materials, each suitable for different applications and visual results.

White polypropylene is a glossy white material with high-transparency permanent acrylic adhesive. It is 100% waterproof and long-lasting in wet or humid conditions. Its versatility and durability make it suitable for countless applications, including outdoor use.

It is available with reverse printing, useful when the adhesive needs to be seen from the outside of a glass surface.

Coated paper is a glossy white coated adhesive paper, standard and versatile, with high colour brilliance. It easily adapts to curved surfaces and packaging materials such as cardboard or plastic films.

Laminated Round Labels with Special Finish

To protect the print on your new round labels, we recommend applying surface protection whenever possible. Anti-scratch varnish, for example, protects the label surface from scratches and UV rays. Other available options include matt lamination, a transparent protective film with a matte finish; gloss lamination, a transparent protective film with a glossy finish; and Soft Touch lamination, a transparent protective film with a smooth soft-touch finish.

In addition, to enhance certain details of your print, you can also apply a special finish, choosing from 3D varnish, gold foil, or silver foil. A subtle three-dimensional or metallic effect will make your label appealing both to the touch and to the eye.

Gold foil adds a touch of elegance with a bright and sophisticated effect, making your logo or product name stand out. Silver foil offers an elegant and modern metallic finish, perfect for those looking for a refined appearance that is less striking than gold.

When using a transparent material, we always recommend selecting the Selective white option to ensure optimal print results for your artwork. When using selective white, you need to provide a file with two layers: one for the artwork and one to indicate the areas where the white should be applied.
