The label cutting method is half-cut die, meaning only the adhesive material is cut while the backing remains intact, making labels easier to peel off, especially in small sizes. Depending on the material selected, selective white printing is also available, along with mirrored printing for transparent materials and the Multi-artwork option, which allows you to print up to 10 different designs in a single production run.

If you are using a custom format and die-cut, you will need to provide a file with two separate layers: one for the artwork and one for the cut line. When using a transparent material, we recommend selecting selective white to ensure optimal print quality. In this case, you will need a file with one layer for the artwork and one to indicate the areas where white should be applied.

Oil Label materials

For printing custom Oil Labels, you can choose your preferred material from a carefully selected range of substrates, each with specific properties designed to enhance your design and suit the characteristics of oil bottles and packaging.

• White polypropylene: glossy white polypropylene with a high-transparency permanent acrylic adhesive. It is 100% waterproof and long-lasting even in wet or humid conditions.
• Transparent polypropylene: glossy transparent polypropylene with a high-transparency permanent acrylic adhesive. It is 100% waterproof and long-lasting even in wet or humid conditions, and is also available with mirrored printing.
• Metallic holographic polypropylene: polypropylene with a mirrored holographic finish that delivers a striking visual effect and offers good adhesion and resistance to UV rays, water and oil.
• Deluxe silver polypropylene: silver metallic self-adhesive polypropylene, durable and suitable for demanding applications.
• Greaseproof felt-effect paper: high-quality uncoated adhesive paper with a rough, fabric-like surface. Thanks to its Greaseproof treatment, it is stain-resistant and particularly suitable for products that require resistance to oils and vegetable fats.
• Natural greaseproof paper: neutral white paper with a felt finish, specially developed for labels that can withstand contact with fatty substances and vegetable oils, also suitable for application on small-diameter curved surfaces.

Laminated Oil Labels with special finishes

You can also apply surface lamination to protect the print on your Oil Labels. Anti-scratch varnish protects the label from scratches and UV rays. Matt or gloss lamination makes the label pleasing to both sight and touch with the application of a matt or gloss film. Soft Touch lamination, on the other hand, will give your labels a premium tactile effect.

Oil Labels for front and back of the bottle
