- I used a promotion that pixart was offering so my boxes were 20% off the normal price, making them a decent value.
- Proving that "you get what you pay for", I'm afraid the quality of these boxes was just okay. Several of them had smears or scratches on them right out of the box, and while they weren't really big marks, they were noticeable for sure, and I wouldn't send them to a customer. I emailed pixart to enquire about replacements/reimbursement for the damaged products, and included photos in my email. They never replied, hence my 4 for overall rating. Customer service could've made this right and resulted in a much better review from me.
