Custom pocket envelopes
Custom pocket envelopes are a convenient mailing choice for your small-format communications. Combine them with our Invitation Cards to notify customers and colleagues of a product launch or corporate event, or use them to mail out small brochures or postcard updates. The pocket envelopes are versatile and durable, they will withstand mailing and protect the small documents inside.
There are four different models to choose from, including A4 envelopes and C4 envelopes, which can all be customised with your own design or logo, to show your customers that you have a strong commitment to your branding and demonstrate the company’s professionalism.
Pocket envelopes in a range of formats
Pixartprinting’s pocket envelopes are available in four different formats:
- Executive envelopes: 19 x 26 cm (A4 envelopes)
- C4 envelopes (22.9 x 32.4 cm)
- C4 envelopes (22.9 x 32.4 cm) with window on the right (10 x 4.5 cm)
- C4 envelopes (22.9 x 32.4 cm) with window on the left (10 x 4.5 cm)
Pocket envelopes – Printing and materials
Made from Classic Uncoated – Brilliant White 90 gsm paper, the pocket envelopes are resistant and will keep your documents secure. It is a lightweight yet durable material, therefore ideal for mailing. You can only print on the front of the pocket envelopes but printing is available in one, two or four colours.

It is easy to order your A4 envelopes and C4 envelopes from Pixartprinting:
- Complete the step-by-step order form, first selecting the customisation options that suit your project (i.e. format, printing type, etc.).
- Choose your preferred quantity, price and delivery date. Quantities range from 100 to 100,000.
- Decide whether you will be sending us your own artwork or if you would like to purchase one of our Design services, where our graphic designers will listen to what you want and create the artwork for you, or make small amends to existing artwork.
- If you will be creating your own print file, download the convenient Template and Instructions files to make sure that your file is ready to go to print and will produce the desired result.
- Then, you can add it to your basket and complete your order!
