1. Size: you can enter your preferred dimensions, from a minimum of 1x1 cm to a maximum of 30x30 cm.
2. Format: for the shape of your labels, there are several predefined options to choose from: Circular, Square, Oval, Rectangular, Square with rounded corners, Rectangular with rounded corners, Scalloped, Seal or Double Seal. Alternatively, if you would like a more personal cut, you can choose a customised shape and create your ideal label, in line with the information that you can find on the page.
3. Material: there is a wide range of materials available for unique Cosmetic Labels, suitable for many different products and packaging types. Each material has specific features that can enhance your design and improve performance in damp or humid environments.
4. Output direction: there are four possibilities to choose from: 0°, 90°, 180° or -90°.
5. Distance between the labels: each label must be at least 0.4 cm from the others.
6. Inside diameter of the reel: 76 mm.
7. Number of rolls: the labels can be divided in four ways. If you only want one roll, it will be 33 cm high; alternatively, you can have two (16.5 cm high), three (11 cm high) or six (5.5 cm high).
8. Label cutting method: Kiss Cut with backing left on, also known as half-cut die, which cuts only the adhesive material and leaves the backing intact for easier application.
9. Coatings and lamination: anti-scratch varnish, matt lamination or gloss lamination.
10. Mirrored printing: ideal for labels applied indoors on glass surfaces, so they are visible from the outside. This option is available for transparent materials.
11. Selective White: white printing can be applied to specific areas of the material, either on its own or as a base for the graphics. This helps images and colours stand out and prevents them from being affected by the base colour of the material.
12. Multi-artwork: this option allows you to print up to 10 different designs in a single production run.
13. UV invisible ink: invisible to the naked eye and revealed only under UV light, this option is ideal for security elements such as codes or serial numbers, or for striking graphic effects. It is important not to use dark backgrounds and not to cover the UV invisible ink with lamination or other finishes. Production time for this option is 120 hours.

  • Deluxe silver polypropylene: silver metallic self-adhesive polypropylene with permanent acrylic adhesive, particularly recommended for flexible containers for personal care, cosmetics and food products.
• Self-adhesive paper: there are many paper solutions available, each designed to achieve a different visual or tactile effect.
  • Natural white paper: this natural and versatile self-adhesive paper is easy to apply to any surface.
  • Coated paper: this paper has a glossy coating that produces bright, clear colours. Ideal for curved surfaces such as bodycare bottles. Option to add special finishes.
  • Uncoated paper: a natural, white, uncoated paper that has no varnish so it can be written on.
  • Black pulp-dyed paper: this black paper provides a unique look and sticks well to damp surfaces, even at low temperatures. Selective white printing available.
  • Betulla laid paper: this chalk-coloured paper is designed to be damp- and mould-resistant so it sticks well to moist surfaces. Special finishes can be added.

  • Felt-effect greaseproof paper: protected with a greaseproof treatment, it is resistant to stains and ideal for products that require resistance to oils and vegetable fats.
  • Uncoated embossed paper: matte white self-adhesive paper with a subtle diamond-textured finish, excellent adhesion and strong moisture resistance.
  • White waterproof paper: pure cellulose self-adhesive paper, treated on both sides to be 100% waterproof and long-lasting under wet or humid conditions. Ideal for high-quality labels for personal care products.
  • Canvas paper: features a rough textured surface with a refined dotted effect and excellent water resistance.

Cosmetic labels for the front and back of your bottle

With Pixartprinting, you can print Cosmetic Labels to apply to both the front and back of your bottle in the same order. Choose the machine application method with double-sided printing: this option allows you to print the second label on the same side of the roll, aligned freely at the top, centre or bottom. You will receive the same quantity for both the front and back labels, all on the same roll.

Alternatively, if you need to label bottles with different designs, choose the hand application method and select the Multi-artwork option to set up different variants, each delivered on a separate roll.
