You can configure your product and receive your quote by choosing from several customisation options. For oval labels, the minimum printable area is 1 cm, while the maximum size is 30 cm. We offer 18 predefined printing sizes, with the additional possibility of printing labels in a custom size to suit your requirements.

Three different materials are available for your custom oval labels, each with specific properties that can enhance the appearance of your design. The labels are produced with a half-cut die, meaning only the adhesive material is cut while the backing remains intact, making peeling easier, especially for smaller labels.

Additional print options are also available. On transparent polypropylene, you can select white printing. Mirrored printing is also available for transparent materials and is ideal for labels applied indoors on glass surfaces, making them visible from the outside. You can also choose from different protective finishes and use the Multi-artwork option to print up to 10 different designs within a single production run.

Oval Labels: Materials

For printing your new oval labels, you can choose from three different materials, designed to suit a range of applications and product types.

White Polypropylene is a glossy white material with high-transparency permanent acrylic adhesive. It is 100% waterproof and highly durable even in wet or humid conditions, making it suitable for countless uses, including outdoor applications.

Transparent Polypropylene is a glossy transparent material with high-transparency permanent acrylic adhesive. It is also 100% waterproof and highly durable in wet or humid conditions. Its versatility makes it suitable for many applications, including outdoor use. It is available with mirrored printing, useful when the label needs to be viewed from the outside of a glass surface.

Coated Paper is a glossy white coated adhesive paper, standard and versatile, with high colour brilliance. It adapts easily to curved surfaces and packaging materials such as cardboard or plastic films.

Oval Labels: Lamination and Special Finish

To protect the print on your new oval labels, we recommend applying a surface protection whenever possible. Anti-scratch varnish, for example, protects the label’s surface from scratches and UV rays. Other available options include matt lamination, a transparent protective film with a matte finish; gloss lamination, a transparent protective film with a glossy finish; and Soft Touch lamination, which gives the label a smooth and soft-touch surface.

Additionally, to enhance specific details of your print, you can apply a special finish, choosing between 3D varnish, gold foil, or silver foil. 3D varnish creates a raised effect on the printed areas, giving the label a three-dimensional look that captures attention and highlights selected elements of your design. Gold foil adds a shiny and sophisticated effect, perfect for making a logo or product name stand out, while silver foil offers a sleek and modern metallic finish for a refined look.

When using a transparent material, we always recommend selecting the white printing option to ensure optimal print quality for your graphics. When using white printing, you need to provide a file with two layers: one for the graphics and one to indicate the areas where the white should be applied.
