How to Order Your Package Labels Online
To order your new Package Labels, it takes just a few clicks. Here’s how to do it from this page:
- Select the customization options you prefer, such as size, material, and special finishes. The minimum printable area is 1x1 cm, while the maximum printable area is 30x30 cm. You can choose from standard predefined formats such as round, square, oval and rectangular, as well as special formats such as square with rounded corners, rectangular with rounded corners, scalloped, seal and double seal, or opt for a custom format.
- Download the Template and Instructions from our graphic designers from this page. They will help you properly set up your print file. If you don’t have a print file yet, you can use Designer – our free online editor – to create a new design.
- Submit your order and upload the print file to complete the purchase.
When configuring your labels, you can also define the output direction, choosing from 0°, 90°, 180° or -90°, and set the minimum distance between labels on the roll to 0.4 cm. The label cutting method is half-cut die, meaning only the adhesive material is cut while the backing remains intact, making the labels easier to peel off, especially in smaller sizes.
Depending on the selected material, you can also choose selective white printing, mirrored printing for transparent materials, and the Multi-artwork option, which allows you to print up to 10 different designs in a single production run. UV invisible ink is also available for security elements or special graphic effects. It becomes visible only under UV light, should not be used on dark backgrounds, and should not be covered with lamination or other finishes. Production time for this option is 120 hours.
If you are creating a custom format and die-cut label, you will need to provide a file with two separate layers: one for the artwork and one for the cut line. When using a transparent material, we recommend selecting selective white to ensure optimal print quality. In this case, you will need a file with one layer for the artwork and another showing the areas where the white should be applied.

- Plastic materials: white polypropylene, transparent polypropylene, metallic holographic polypropylene and deluxe silver polypropylene are durable, waterproof and suitable for demanding environments or premium-looking packaging.
- Standard papers: coated paper, uncoated paper and natural white paper are versatile choices for many packaging applications.

To protect the print on your new labels, you can apply anti-scratch varnish, matt lamination or gloss lamination. In some cases, soft-touch lamination may also be available to give the label a smoother feel. To enhance specific design details, you can also choose 3D varnish, gold foil or silver foil, creating a refined three-dimensional or metallic effect.
- Anti-scratch varnish: protects against scratches and UV rays.
- Matt lamination: transparent protective film with a matte finish.
- Gloss lamination: transparent protective film with a glossy finish.
- Soft-touch lamination: transparent protective film with a smooth, soft-touch finish.
- 3D varnish: creates a raised effect on selected printed areas, drawing attention to particular details.
- Gold foil: gives a shiny and sophisticated metallic effect.
- Silver foil: adds an elegant and modern metallic finish.

Closure Labels for front and back of packaging
With Pixartprinting, you can print Closure Labels to apply to the front and back of your packaging in the same order. Choose the machine application method and double-sided printing: this option allows you to print the second label on the same side of the roll, aligning it freely at the top, centre or bottom. You will receive the same quantity ordered for both the front and back labels, both on the same roll.
Alternatively, if you need to label packaging with different styles, choose the hand application method and select the Multi-artwork option to create different variations, which you will receive each on a separate roll.
