Cheap sticker printing your way
You can create paper labels that meet your every need by choosing from the numerous options offered by Pixartprinting. The labels are supplied on rolls and can be tailored to suit a wide range of products and applications.
- Format: first of all, you can decide what size you want your premium paper labels to be, from 1 x 1 cm to 30 x 30 cm. You can choose one of several preset shapes, including circular, square, oval and rectangular formats, as well as square and rectangular labels with rounded corners. Alternatively, you can opt for a custom size and shape, following the instructions on the page.
- Material: there are 18 different paper types to choose from for your custom paper stickers. The Removable Coated paper is one of the most versatile options: it is white, produces extremely bright colours, is suitable for many surfaces and can easily be removed without leaving any sticky residue. Other paper types are also available, each with specific characteristics to suit different products and uses.
- Lamination: surface lamination can be applied to paper labels to protect the print from scratches and UV light.
- Special finishes: highlight specific details of the print with metallic or raised effects for a more premium result.
- Layout: advanced options.
- Output direction: there are four options available: 0°, 90°, 180° or -90°.
- Distance between labels: the minimum distance is 0.8 cm.
- Inside diameter of the reel: 76 mm.
- Number of rolls: there are four options to choose from with our cheap sticker printing: one 33 cm-high roll, two 16.5 cm-high rolls, three 11 cm-high rolls or six 5.5 cm-high rolls.
- Label cutting method: kiss cut with backing left on.
- Finish: Labellife 3 scratch-resistant varnish.
- UV invisible ink: add a touch of mystery to your labels. UV invisible ink is not visible to the naked eye and is only revealed under UV lamps, making printed details emerge with a fluorescent yellow tone. It is perfect for security elements such as codes or serial numbers, or for creating surprising graphic effects on labels for wine, food and beverage, and cosmetics. Avoid dark backgrounds and do not cover the invisible ink with lamination or other finishes. Production time: 120 hours.

- Gold Paper: gloss gold laminated label paper with a metallic effect.
- Black Pulp-Dyed Paper: high-quality black pulp-dyed label paper.
- Natural Greaseproof Paper: neutral white felt-marked paper specially developed for labels capable of resisting contact with greasy substances and vegetable oils. It also adapts well to curved surfaces with small diameters.

- Extra White Wet-Strength Paper: premium natural paper with a very high white point that enhances colour reproduction. Its wet-strength structure makes it extremely resistant to water, ice and temperature fluctuations.
- Felt-Effect Wet-Strength Paper: natural white felt-marked paper suitable for high-quality labels for wines, beverages and glass-bottled products. It resists water, ice and temperature fluctuations and helps prevent wrinkles and bubbles.
- 100% Cotton Wet-Strength Paper: wet-strength paper made from 100% cotton. It enhances tactile sensation and resists contact with water, ice and high humidity. Recommended for wines, spirits, oils and glass-bottled products, but not suitable for bottle neck labels or small-diameter curved surfaces due to its rigidity.
Lamination and special finishes for paper labels
To protect the print on your new paper labels, you can apply surface lamination. We offer several finishing options, depending on the material chosen:
- Anti-scratch varnish: protects from scratches and UV light.
- Matt lamination: transparent protective film with a matt finish.
- Gloss lamination: transparent protective film with a gloss finish.
We also offer a range of special finishes for labels, designed to enhance your project to the best effect:
- 3D varnish: creates a raised effect on printed areas, giving your label a three-dimensional look that draws attention and highlights specific details of your design.
- Gold foil: adds a touch of class with a brilliant and sophisticated effect, ideal for making your logo or product name shine.
- Silver foil: similar to gold foil, but with an elegant and modern silver effect for a sophisticated look.
Paper labels for your products
Custom paper labels are suitable for many types of use. The material you choose will make the label even more suited to its purpose. They can be used to complete the packaging of bottles and containers, or to decorate any smooth surface.
You can use a paper label to give your products a more artisanal look, taking advantage of the material properties and print colours. You’ll have rolls available to integrate into your production processes or to use in your shop to complete your packaging. For sectors such as food, wine and retail, paper labels can combine practicality with a premium appearance.
Create the artwork for your paper labels with just a few clicks
Do you already have a print-ready file? Download the Template and Instructions from the page. They will help you set up your file correctly to achieve the best possible result: paper labels with a unique and professional appearance.
If, however, you don't yet have artwork for your labels, you can create it directly on our website. You can use Designer, our free online editor, to create the image easily. Or you can use our design services to receive support from one of our professional graphic designers.
Below are some important instructions for correct print file creation:
- Colour: all files must be submitted in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) using the Fogra 39 colour profile.
- Resolution: the optimal resolution for printing files is 300 ppi.
- PDF: submit your file in PDF format.
- Margins and bleeds: download the template for the product you purchased; the bleed will already be correctly set at 2 mm from the cut.
- Additional information: vector paths must be at least 0.25 pt. If you plan a special finish on the path, it must be at least 1 pt.
- Special finishes: special finishes must be vector-based, set to overprint, placed on a dedicated Finishing layer, and assigned the Finishing spot colour (0,50,100,0).
In the case of a custom format and die-cut, you must provide a file with two separate layers: one for the artwork and one for the cut line. We recommend consulting the detailed instructions available on the product page.
When using selective white, you must provide a file with two layers: one for the artwork and one to indicate the areas where white should be applied.
