The repositionable stickers come on a roll (or multiple rolls) in a choice of materials, shapes and sizes, leaving you to select the ideal options for your project. 1. Format and size: you can choose the dimensions of your custom repositionable stickers, from a minimum of 1 x 1 cm to a maximum of 30 x 30 cm. In addition to the pre-defined shapes offered by Pixartprinting, including round, square, oval and rectangular formats, as well as square and rectangular labels with rounded corners, you can also choose a custom format.
2. Material: there are two options to choose from, both of which can be removed easily without leaving a mark. Clear Refix is an ultra-transparent 125 μm electrostatic film, treated to adhere electrostatically to smooth surfaces such as shop windows, windows, metal and similar materials. Removable Coated Paper, on the other hand, is a glossy white adhesive paper. As well as delivering excellent colour reproduction in terms of brightness, it adheres to all surfaces.
3. Output direction: there are four options available: 0°, 90°, 180° or -90°.
4. Distance between the labels: repositionable labels are arranged on a roll and the minimum gap between one label and the next is at least 0.8 cm.
5. Number of rolls: the labels can be divided in several ways. If you only want one roll, it will be 33 cm high; alternatively, you can have two rolls (16.5 cm high), three rolls (11 cm high) or six rolls (5.5 cm high).
6. Label cutting method: kiss-cut die.
7. Printing: if you select the transparent Refix material, you can also choose mirror printing, which is ideal for labels applied to indoor glass surfaces and viewed from the outside.
8. Selective white: selective white is applied to specific areas of the material. It can be used alone or as a base for printing. In the latter case, the white ink layer will make images and graphics stand out, preventing them from being altered or muted by the base colour of the material.
9. Finish: scratch-resistant varnish protects the label surface from scratches and UV rays.
10. Multi-artwork: the graphic variants feature allows you to include up to 10 different designs in one print job.

Artwork for Repositionable Adhesive Labels

Within the Instructions available for download from this page, you will find our graphic designers’ guidelines for correctly setting up your file. You will find information on the print file format, resolution, margins and bleed, as well as selective white.

Below are some important instructions for correctly creating your artwork file:

• Color: all files must be submitted in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) using the Fogra 39 color profile.
• Resolution: the optimal resolution for print files is 300 ppi.
• PDF: submit your file in PDF format.
• Margins and bleeds: download the template for the product you purchased; the bleed will already be correctly set at 2 mm from the cut.
• Additional information: vector paths must be at least 0.25 pt. If you plan a special finish on the path, it must be at least 1 pt.

For custom sizes and die-cuts, you must provide a file with two separate layers: one for the artwork and one for the cut line. We recommend consulting the detailed instructions available on the product page.

When using a transparent material, we always recommend selecting the selective white option to ensure optimal print results. When using selective white, you must provide a file with two layers: one for the artwork and one indicating the areas where the white ink should be applied.
