You can configure your product and get your quote by selecting from several customisation options. For square labels, the minimum printable area is 1 x 1 cm, while the maximum is 30 x 30 cm. We offer 8 predefined print sizes (3 x 3, 4 x 4, 5 x 5, 6 x 6, 7 x 7, 8 x 8, 9 x 9, and 10 x 10 cm), and you also have the option to print labels in a custom size.

Three different materials are available for printing your square labels, each with unique properties that can enhance the appearance of your design. The labels are produced with a half-cut die, meaning only the adhesive material is cut and not the backing, making peeling easier, especially for smaller labels.

Additional print options are also available. On transparent polypropylene, selective white printing is available. Mirror printing is ideal for labels applied indoors on glass surfaces, so they can be seen from the outside, and it is available for transparent materials. You can also choose between anti-scratch varnish, gloss lamination, matt lamination, and Soft Touch lamination, as well as the Multi-artwork option, which allows you to print up to 10 different designs within a single production run.

Square Labels: Materials

For your new square labels, you can choose from three different materials, each designed for specific applications and visual results.

White polypropylene is a glossy white material with high-transparency permanent acrylic adhesive. It is 100% waterproof and highly durable in wet or humid conditions. Its versatility and strength make it suitable for a wide range of applications, including outdoor use.

Its versatility and strength make it suitable for a wide range of applications, including outdoor use. It is available with reverse printing, ideal when the adhesive needs to be visible from the outside of a glass surface.

Coated paper is a glossy white coated adhesive paper, standard and versatile, offering high colour brilliance. It easily adapts to curved surfaces and packaging materials such as cardboard or plastic films.

Square Labels with Lamination and Special Finishes

To protect the print on your new square labels, we recommend applying a surface protection whenever possible. Anti-scratch varnish, for example, protects the label’s surface from scratches and UV rays. Other available options include matt lamination, a transparent protective film with a matte finish; gloss lamination, a transparent protective film with a glossy finish; and Soft Touch lamination, a transparent protective film with a soft-touch finish that is smooth to the touch.

Additionally, to enhance specific details of your print, you can apply a special finish, choosing between 3D Varnish, Gold Foil, or Silver Foil. A subtle three-dimensional or metallic effect will make your label visually appealing and pleasant to the touch.

3D Varnish creates a raised effect on the printed areas, giving your label a three-dimensional look that captures attention and highlights selected details of your design. Gold Foil adds a shiny and sophisticated effect, perfect for making your logo or product name stand out. Silver Foil offers a sleek, modern metallic finish for an elegant look that is less flashy than gold.
