• Compact pressboard 1.6 mm: an extremely thin yet durable white pressed cardboard panel, perfect for indoor posters and window displays. Lasts indefinitely indoors. Maximum single-panel size: 145 x 290 cm.
• Doublewall E+E flute white cardboard 2.3 mm: a panel with smooth white surfaces and a double-flute cardboard core, designed for indoor posters. Maximum single-panel size: 150 x 225 cm.
• Board coated on one side 550 gsm: an affordable, 100% cellulose cardboard panel with excellent print quality, recommended for indoor furnishings. Lasts indefinitely indoors. Maximum single-panel size: 140 x 155 cm.
• White honeycomb cardboard 10 mm: a rigid and durable panel with a honeycomb core enclosed by two layers of extra-thick kraft cardboard. Made from natural, recyclable materials and suitable for both posters and lightweight furniture. Lasts indefinitely indoors. Maximum single-panel size: 190 x 290 cm.
• White honeycomb cardboard 16 mm: the same honeycomb structure as the 10 mm variant but with greater thickness for added rigidity — ideal for furniture and heavy-duty display applications. Made from natural, recyclable materials. Maximum single-panel size: 150 x 290 cm.
• Brown honeycomb cardboard 16 mm: a honeycomb panel with natural brown kraft paper surfaces. Made from recyclable materials and with a natural aesthetic suited to responsible branding. Maximum single-panel size: 150 x 290 cm.
• White cardboard E flute 1.4 mm: an extremely thin single-flute cardboard panel with smooth white surfaces, perfect for indoor posters and fitting out interior spaces. Maximum single-panel size: 110 x 160 cm.
• Brown 1.8 mm E-flute cardboard: corrugated cardboard with brown kraft paper surfaces offering good durability and print quality on both sides. Please note that the natural fibre colour may vary slightly between batches, and printed colours may be affected by the paper tone. Minimum size: 14 x 14 cm. Maximum size: 110 x 160 cm.
• 2.7 mm B-flute cardboard: white corrugated cardboard with coated front and back surfaces, providing excellent durability and print quality on both sides. Minimum size: 14 x 14 cm. Maximum size: 110 x 160 cm.
• Brown 2.7 mm B-flute cardboard: corrugated cardboard with brown kraft paper surfaces and excellent resistance. As with all brown kraft materials, slight colour variations between batches are possible, and printed colours may be influenced by the paper tone. Minimum size: 14 x 14 cm. Maximum size: 110 x 160 cm.

Where designs exceed the maximum single-panel size, the panel will be divided into multiple sections during production. Panelling will maintain equal proportions, but the final subdivision is determined exclusively at the production stage.

Cut Options and Protective Varnish for Printed Cardboard

The standard cut for our cardboard signs is rectangular with straight edges. However, if your design calls for something different, you can also opt for a custom-shaped cut that follows the outline defined in your uploaded artwork file. This makes it easy to create eye-catching shaped displays, standees and cut-outs.

An optional scratch-resistant protective gloss varnish is also available, applied at the end of the printing process to shield the panel from scratches and UV light. This is particularly useful if you plan to move or transport your cardboard signs regularly, or simply want to extend the life of the print.

• Repositionable sticker kit: removable and repositionable double-sided stickers that require no drilling. The kit includes 4 stickers (3.5 mm thick, 2.5 x 2.5 cm each), ideal for lightweight panels and temporary displays.
• Double-sided adhesive hanging kit: an ultra-strong interlocking adhesive system that allows panels to be attached and removed from walls with ease. Screws and wall plugs are also included for use on uneven surfaces. Distance from wall: 5 mm.
• Adjustable hanging kit: an invisible mounting system perfect for signs and panels, allowing you to adjust the angle up to 45° for precise alignment. Wall screws and wall plugs included. Distance from wall: 15 mm.
• Self-adhesive spacer kit: invisible spacers made from clear polycarbonate with a silver nickel finish, attached to the back of the panel. A convenient system allows you to mark drill holes accurately before fixing. Distance from wall: 20 mm.
